The AquaHEAT solar pool water heating system is composed of two circulating components: - The photo thermal conversion, and
- The pool water heat absorption circuits.
AQUAHEAT System Schematic The photo thermal conversion system consists of an array of solar collector panels and one or more storage type heat exchange tanks. The solar panels are typically mounting on the roof facing due north while the tanks are located on the ground and connected up by pipe-work to the solar panels. The pool water circulates from the pool to the heat exchange tanks, gets heated up and returns to the swimming pool. AQUAHEAT Storage Type Heat Exchanger - Plenty of Clean Hotwater—indirect heat exchange provides clean water for the ultimate in hygeine with a big 460L storage capacity.
- Corrosion Resistant Materials—tough UV stabilised, food-grade polyethylene/polypropylene with built-in long-term design life.
- Sealed Unpressurised Storage Cylinder—no costly pressure relief valves required.
- Multi-Purpose Heat Exchange Options—up to six heat exchange options available with a choice of size and materials.
- Built-In Flexibility—multiple primary heat source options: electricity, air conditioning heat pump, boiler, solar, gas and waste heat recovery.
- Higher Volume Capability—multiple cylinders can be manifolded together for higher peak demand commercial applications.
